Condition of Merchandise: The eyeglasses or sunglasses must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging intact.
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, manufacturing defect).
Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned merchandise and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exclusions: Customized or prescription eyewear cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your order for eyeglasses or sunglasses within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not already been processed for shipment.
